Important: Please read before ordering.
No Cancellation Policy for Print on Demand (POD) orders. Due to the expediency of the printing process, once the order has been submitted for production it cannot be edited or canceled.
Print replacements or returns for “personal preference” are not accepted.

Returns or Exchanges not accepted
Exceptions:
• Verified production problem such as wrong size printed, extreme color problems, obviously misprinted. No Charge Replacement (NCR) for any quality issue that has been verified as a production problem. Photos of the problem may be required to approve a replacement. Do not return product. Contact us for any issues first.
• Damaged during shipping. Clear photos of the damage and the packaging to replace the print will be required. A No Charge Replacement (NCR) will be issued for products damaged in shipping.
All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.
For lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
