  • What is the actual size of the print without the frame. The printed image is the size that you have chosen, printed to the four edges of the paper (borderless).

  •  How should I frame for my print?  Prints can be framed in several ways. See examples.

  • Where can I find a frame for my print.  Ready made frames can be purchased at many different stores.  Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Walmart, etc. sell standard size frames for reasonable prices.  A much lager selection of frames can be custom made at a local frame shop, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or others,  for a higher price, depending on the type of frame you order.  Second hand stores often have good frames at a low price.

  • What kind of paper and ink is used for printing?

     Museum-quality art prints are printed on thick matte paper. It will have a curl  from being rolled for shipping to protect it.  When flattening be careful not to blemish the printed surface. 

       • Paper thickness: 10.3 mil

       • Paper weight: 189 g/m²

       • Opacity: 94%

       • ISO brightness: 104%

       • Paper is sourced from Japan

         Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink is used for art prints. This ink is also   GREENGUARD Gold certified.

  • Why is There a  No Cancellation, Return or Exchange Policy?  This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order.  Print on demand or POD as it is often called is not printed in large quantities, then stocked  to  be  sold  later.   This prevents  over  production  which  is environmentally friendly and is more cost effective.

  • When will I receive my order?   Because it is a print to order it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you.  Orders generally take 5-10 business  days to be delivered.  However   circumstances can vary shipping times.

  •  Remember:  Colors seen on your monitor might be slightly different from the physical print.  This is because computer and screen color renderings vary somewhat.

  •  All Domestic and International copyrights are retained by KC Spink.    Commercial use of artwork is  prohibited.
